  • ADHD is over-diagnosed.“It really depends on the community; ADHD can be over-diagnosed in some communities and under-diagnosed in others,” said Arthur L. Robin, Ph.D., licensed psychologist and chief of psychology at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
